Dunwood was established in 1994 and will be celebrating 30 years in the travel industry in 2024! Dunwood has grown steadily over the last 30 years and we are proud to call many of our loyal customers long standing friends. We provide an excellent standard of customer care and service at our offices in Dudley, Nuneaton & Coventry. Dunwood take pride in the level of customer service that we afford our clients, along with instilling a level of confidence during the booking process. After you have made your booking, rest assured that we will keep you updated and informed every step of the way.

Dudley Head Office & Coach Depot 

With many years of travel industry experience amongst all staff, our Admin/Accounts, Groups, Operations & Sales Teams offer continuous support, a wealth of travel experience and an excellent standard of customer care and service.

Groups & Operations Team - A united team with Mandy, Stuart and Zoe, all offering outstanding service and customer care levels that are second to none. With plenty of travel knowledge (70 years experience and counting!) and an excellent understanding of the travel industry, you know that Mandy, Stuart and Zoe have the skills to ensure a suitable holiday is sourced for you and your group. Mandy, Stuart & Zoe will be happy to check any holiday enquiry for you and provide information and assistance as required. Stuart also deals with our coach operations to ensure that we provide the very best service for you. You can be assured that you will receive excellent customer service.

Sales Teams - Our friendly Sales Teams at Dudley, Coventry & Nuneaton will be more than happy to sit with you and chat over a nice cuppa and discuss suitable holidays with you! Zoe, Sophie, Leasha, Liam, Chris, Ian, Gloria, Gemma & Alfie offer excellent levels of customer service and can guide you towards the holiday that will meet with your needs and requirements.  Admin & Accounts Team - Once your holiday is booked, Kerry, Kim, Karen and Penny will arrange the dispatch of your travel documents and answer any queries that you may have. Becky handles all of the book-keeping and financial transactions on our bookings.

Whilst you are away on a Dunwood holiday, you are able to leave your car in a safe car park. Rest in the excellent Arrivals & Departures Lounge and enjoy a refreshment in comfort whilst you wait. We will also provide updated travel information for your tour, along with special offers and any information you may require. If you are travelling by taxi, you can enjoy a nice refreshment in our departures lounge whilst you wait.
