This tour explores the rugged hills and coastline of Donegal and the tranquil Fermanagh Lakelands, whilst the outward and return nights in Caernarfon offer leisure time in this historic Welsh town.
Day One
Along the North Wales coast to Caernarfon and
dinner at White Celtic Royal Hotel.
Day Two
A ferry from Holyhead for
Dun Laoghaire, and a break to enjoy some time in
Dublin, followed by a drive through the Irish lakes and then along Donegal Bay to the Abbey Hotel in Donegal town.
Day Three
The Hills of Donegal including
the magnificent Slieve League cliffs, at
1,972 feet Europe’s highest, the Folk
Village Museum at Glencolumbkille
which depicting local lifestyle down the ages,
The tour concludes with a coast and countryside drive including Errigal Mountain, Glenveagh National Park and Letterkenny.
Day Four
The Fermanagh Lakelands. First to
Belleek, famed
for its pottery, and then along the
shores of Lough Erne to Enniskillen.The afternoon tour includes historic
Armagh, Omagh and Kesh.
Day Five
A drive through the Irish
countryside to Dun Loaghaire, a ferry to Hollyhead
and an overnight stay in Caernarfon.
Day Six
Free time in Caernarfon before the journey home.
